Refund Policy

In event, the Customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. This Refund and Cancellation Policy has been created to help the Customer to raise a request for refund and cancellation from the Company. All refund and cancellation requests must be sent vide email to [email protected] or on our Customer Hotline No: :+91 12442 29171 (between 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday) with subject line “(Vehicle Name and number) Cancellation”.

The terms of the Refund and Cancellation Policy are as follows:

Order Acceptance

All orders shall be subject to acceptance only when the booking amount is paid and confirmation for the receiving of the payment is done by the OEM to the customer.

The Booking Amount and the Down Payment shall only be accepted in the OEM’s account through Cash/NEFT/RTGS/Wallet/etc. as applicable. The OEM shall accept cash which shall not exceed more than Rupees 25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand only) and any remaining amount shall be account transferred to the OEM’s Account.

Upon the confirmation received by the OEM, the payment receipt shall be provided to the customer by the concerned team. Once payment confirmation is received from the accounts team, order shall be considered & processed.

In the events where the request for the customization of the vehicle is proposed, the Customer shall pay 50% advance which shall be considered as the booking amount. The order for customization of the vehicle shall be subject to acceptance only when the booking amount is paid and confirmation for the receiving of the payment is done by the OEM to the customer.

1.  Cancellation after the Booking Amount Paid

The customer shall receive 100% refund for the booking amount if a request for cancellation of the order is raised as per our Cancellation/ refund terms.

Upon the request for cancellation being received, the OEM shall raise a request for the cancellation which shall be processed within 15 working days.

The mode of the refund shall be online. The customer shall provide the details of their respective account to which the refund shall be initiated. This process may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect your account.

If the Customer hasn’t received a refund even thereafter, Customer shall first check bank account again, then contact bank/ credit card company. It may take some time before refund is officially posted.

2. Cancellation after the down payment or full payment done in cash (Before invoicing)

In the event where the request for cancellation is initiated after 5 days of the down payment, the Cancellation Penalty charges of Rs 5,000/- per vehicle will be applicable against the order by OEM.

3. Cancellation done after Invoicing

In the event where the request for cancellation is initiated after the invoicing The Cancellation Penalty charges of Rs 15,000/- per vehicle will be applicable against the order by OEM.

In events where the Financier is involved the Cancellation Penalty charges as per financier policy shall be applicable on and above OEM cancellation charges as well.

4.  Cancellation after Registration of the Vehicle

There shall be no refund in the events where the customer raises a request for cancellation after the registration of the Vehicle is done.

5. No Cancellation where Customization is applicable

There shall be no refund in events where there is a customization made as per the demand of the customer.

The Customer shall pay 50% advance payment per vehicle against customized vehicle order.

6.  Cancellation done on the platform of EEP

The customer shall receive 100% refund if a request for cancellation of the order is raised provided it shall be done before invoicing.

Once the request for cancellation is received, we will process the reimbursement within 15 working days. The mode of the refund shall be online details provided by the customer) provided depending upon your banks processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect your account.

7.  Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
